In ancient times when painters were depicting women, they paid special attention to their hands. Today gentle hands and nails remain an inseparable part of a beautiful woman’s image. However, in everyday life many women don’t pay proper attention to their nails, and even less attention to their hands because of lack of time. Despite the shortage of time hands and nails should be carefully treated. It doesn’t matter how long you work in the office or at home, you should remember that you are a woman, and not a “working machine.” Always remember to wear rubber gloves when working in the garden or dealing with detergents. But if you feel that you cannot work properly with gloves, use barrier creams or silicone creams instead. They will protect your skin from getting damaged. Never do dirty jobs with bare, unprotected hands. Massage your hands for a few minutes with a moisturizer before going to bed or even better — with a mixture of natural products like lemon juice, rosewater and fresh butter. Cucumber is a perfect smoothing mask not only for your face but for hands, too. Mash some cucumber slices and apply it on your skin, then remove it in 10 minutes. Use a moisturizer after you pat your hands dry. Have a manicure at least once a week. It might sound strange, but nail polish protects the nails from damage. But the same cannot be said about nail polish removers, like acetone. They damage the nails and make them more fragile. So use acetate-based polish removers instead.

Nature has created many natural anti aging beauty products to prevent your facial skin from having early wrinkles. Some of those products must be eaten as often as possible (for example, tomatoes and all the other products that contain antioxidants), and from the others you can make great homemade face masks that will moisturize your skin, nourish it with useful vitamins and minerals, smooth the wrinkles and prevent the appearance of new ones. Here are some of such face anti aging masks for dry skin: Oat flakes + milk Many good anti aging natural face masks contain oat flakes, since they are great for aging skin, and especially for dry aging skin. Mix three tablespoons of warm milk with a tablespoon of oat flakes. Add a teaspoon of honey, a few drops of vegetable oil (olive oil is preferred) and a few drops of some natural citrus juice or tomato juice. Apply the mask on your face and after 20 minutes wash it with warm water first, then with cold water. You can apply this mask two or three times a week, and after a month you’ll see the result. There is one more “version” of this mask: mix a tablespoon of oat flakes with two tablespoons of milk and add the juice of one squeezed orange. This mask should be applied on your face and neck and washed after 20-30 minutes. Egg yolk + honey Mix an egg yolk and a half teaspoon of honey, add a few drops of vegetable oil and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients and add a teaspoon of oak flakes (of course, oat flakes!). As usual, keep the mask for some 20-30 minutes and wash it. Honey isn’t usually used in dry skin masks, because it can make the facial skin even dryer. But this dry skin care mask is different, because it includes vegetable oil and lemon juice. These ingredients not only neutralize honey’s drying effect, but also regulate the water balance in your skin, cleanse and nourish it. Just don’t forget — don’t use this mask if you suffer from varix or have any other vessel problem. Grapefruit + sour cream The last of today’s natural face masks is the easiest one, yet it tones up aging skin effectively–you’ll see the result in a couple of weeks. And it’s great for summer. Mix a tablespoon of squeezed grapefruit juice with a little amount of fresh sour cream and the mask is ready. Apply it, wait for 20-30 minutes, wash. Repeat two to three times a week.
