In ancient times when painters were depicting women, they paid special attention to their hands. Today gentle hands and nails remain an inseparable part of a beautiful woman’s image. However, in everyday life many women don’t pay proper attention to their nails, and even less attention to their hands because of lack of time. Despite the shortage of time hands and nails should be carefully treated. It doesn’t matter how long you work in the office or at home, you should remember that you are a woman, and not a “working machine.” Always remember to wear rubber gloves when working in the garden or dealing with detergents. But if you feel that you cannot work properly with gloves, use barrier creams or silicone creams instead. They will protect your skin from getting damaged. Never do dirty jobs with bare, unprotected hands. Massage your hands for a few minutes with a moisturizer before going to bed or even better — with a mixture of natural products like lemon juice, rosewater and fresh butter. Cucumber is a perfect smoothing mask not only for your face but for hands, too. Mash some cucumber slices and apply it on your skin, then remove it in 10 minutes. Use a moisturizer after you pat your hands dry. Have a manicure at least once a week. It might sound strange, but nail polish protects the nails from damage. But the same cannot be said about nail polish removers, like acetone. They damage the nails and make them more fragile. So use acetate-based polish removers instead.
